Fellows in the Performing Arts

The Jurkowitz Fellowship program offers teenagers with a fascination to explore the theater and all the production details that delight audiences meet with industry professionals and experience a real-world event schedule with a professional touring company.

Primarily designed as a one to two day intensive for 11th graders, during the spring, and coordinated through their individual school via a teacher recommendation.  Students will gain access and knowledge about careers in theater – on and off the stage. The group of 10-15 will hear from executive leadership, fundraisers, marketing professionals as well as the stage crew and cast, culminating with a viewing of a Broadway performance.
