Though the Granada Theatre was closed to live audiences for nearly 14 months, we still managed to create some beautiful music on our venerable stage. This past March, we decided to produce our own show with one of our favorite performers, Philip Claypool.
Philip has been playing with a string quartet for the past few years and felt that this would be the perfect venue to showcase his brand of music along with some world-class, classically trained musicians having fun together.
This show is, essentially, a live rehearsal on the Granada Stage. As you will see, Philip and the Campfire Quartet have created unique arrangements of some well-known popular songs and one of Philip’s originals as well.
