McCune Founders Room and Lobbies Package

This package includes our balcony-level McCune Founders Room with bar and kitchenette use, our spacious 1st and 2nd floor lobbies, house table and chair rental for up to 100 guests, personalized marquee for your event, building supervisor, and cleaning fee. The rental is for 12 hours. The auditorium without the stage is available for an additional $1,000.


Monday – Thursday:  $4,500
Friday – Sunday: $6,500
